CONVERSATIONS AROUND

Sustainability in business.

I’m building a conversation and learning environment around sustainability for professional advisers in New Zealand. By sharing my knowledge and resources, I can help you improve sustainability outcomes and reduce risk for your clients.

WHY I’M HERE

As lawyers, accountants, consultants and other trusted advisers, we have a unique opportunity to help businesses understand climate change, circularity, biodiversity and resource use – and strongly influence business behaviour for the better.

But we’re busy – focused on the topics that are specifically relevant to our clients.

If environmental sustainability is not a speciality area for you, or a core principle governing your business, this site can be a source of ideas and information. As a fellow lawyer, I understand your challenges, and want you to feel confident about integrating sustainability into the advice you provide.  Central to this is understanding the business risks of inaction.

It can be hard to know where to start. But the risks mean inaction is no longer an option.

I’m keeping abreast of new and relevant information, laws and trends, unlocking new ideas, translating and distilling global change to a local level, and helping you understand both risks and the potential for impact.

I want to help our business community see further into the future, to be more resilient and ready for coming risks and challenges. You have an opportunity to be ahead of the curve.
